Our website and our Facebook page have been in existence since 2011.
  • Are there iPhones with two sim cards?

  • I want a New iPhone 7?

Unfortunately the iPhone 7 is no longer produced by Apple, now it only exists on occasion.

  • The delivery time and the cities?
We are the first in Morocco to deliver the same day of the order and especially in less than 2 hours in Marrakech , for the moment, we deliver only in Marrakech and FREE.
  • Why is the delivery only in Marrakech and not everywhere in Morocco?
Quite simply, we are based in Marrakech,  in order to ensure fast delivery and also after-sales service  safe and efficient. It is for this reason that our site only delivers to Marrakech. 
Our goal is to offer exceptional service, a quality product and the fastest delivery in Morocco.
  • I ordered a product from your site and I haven't received it?
You did not receive your order for the following reasons:
  1. The order was not Validate  on our site, make sure you have confirmed the purchase otherwise you will receive an email from us.
  2. The order was not confirmed  by phone (it is mandatory  call us at 06 06 06 05 33  ) after placing the order on the site.
  3. Your postal address is incorrect (please fill in your details when ordering).
  4. Your phone is unreachable (please stay reachable so that our delivery person can contact you).
  5. Delivery is outside Marrakech,  we only deliver to Marrakech.
To avoid this, please enter your address and telephone number correctly.
  • Why when I call you, no one answers me?
We can be reached by phone 6 days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and if you ever call you outside of our working hours, you can leave us a message, one of our advisers will call you back afterwards. Don't forget, we are also reachable on social networks (  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and SnapChat),  and by Email and Whatsapp.
  • When is the delivery man at my place?
Depending on the time you chose when ordering, just mention it in your order or by default two hours after placing the order.
Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. in winter and from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. in summer.
  • I want to order a Mac but I want to see it before I buy it, what should I do?
You can see the product at home and without moving, check it with our delivery person (take all the time necessary), for this you just have to order the desired model and confirm the order with our sales representative.
  • What if I don't like the Mac?
Before ordering, we give all the information about the requested product or we direct you to a product suited to your needs. Our products are generally in perfect "like new" condition, we are sure you will buy it: D
  • The product I received does not suit me, can I return or change it?
Yes, you can return a product if it is no longer suitable for you under one condition the packaging of the product must not be opened, generally our delivery person checks the correctness of the order before unpacking the product.
  • Can I test the product before paying?
Yes of course, and this is our strong point, we are the only site that has this option, you can check the product and test it in front of our delivery man  before paying.
  • Do you provide an invoice?
Yes of course, we provide invoices for individuals and professionals.
  • What are your payment methods?
We accept the following ways:
- By Credit Card: Payment by TPE Mobile on delivery. For payments with international card (+ 5%)
- In cash: Payment in cash on delivery.
- By check: we deliver the product to you after the check has been cashed.
- By bank transfer: we deliver the product to you after receiving the transfer to our account.
  • Do you accept repeats?
Yes, we do trade-in with products that were only purchased from our online store.
  • Do you make payment facilities?
We do not make easy payment on our products.

  • Do you have a store?

  • Are your products genuine?
We are known for the reliability of our products (Accessories, Mac and Smartphone) and they are 100% authentic, for this we put on our Facebook page  or on Instagram for real photos of our products. And if you have any doubts, you can always check the serial number of the product on the manufacturer's website upon delivery ;-)
  • Exclusivity

  • Stock
All the products on the site and on the OUR PROMOS page  and mentioned by " IN STOCK" are available in stock,
except the products mentioned by (On Request or Out of Stock) which are not currently in stock.
  • Is there any warranty on your products?
- The new products (Smartphone, Tablets and Macs) offered on the site have a  manufacturer's warranty of a  year (1 year).
- The second-hand products (Apple Macbook, Macbook Air, Macbook Pro and iMac) offered on the site have a  guarantee  of 7 days . This warranty does not cover the battery, charger or accessories supplied with the product.
  • The exclusions of guarantees are those specified in the contractual conditions of guarantee granted by the manufacturer such as, without this list being exhaustive: defects and deteriorations caused by natural wear, by an electric shock, namely damage resulting from the effects of the current electrical origin external to the insured device or by an external accident (restoration, update, jailbreak or root, shocks, oxidation, intentional damage, non-compliant charger, non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions, defective maintenance, abnormal use , penetration of liquid, attempted repair by a person not authorized by the manufacturer's services or by a modification of the product not provided for or specified by the manufacturer) and also the accessories supplied with the product purchased are automatically excluded from the warranty .
  • Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or to a good by a defect of the product, only the responsibility of the producer.
  • Finally, this guarantee will not apply if the customer has not paid the full price of the product. The site is not responsible for the guarantee.
